At Alpha Delta Pi, we are a sisterhood of friends, a family of individuals, and a home away from home. We embrace every woman's uniqueness, we encourage and support each other's goals and dreams, and we value character above all else. Founded in 1851 at Wesleyan Female College in Macon, Georgia, Alpha Delta Pi was the first secret society for women.
Welcome to the Zeta Psi chapter of Alpha Delta Pi! My name is Riley Ball, and I am the Chapter President. I am from Advance, North Carolina which is only about an hour away from UNC Greensboro, but I knew I wanted to find a community that I could thrive in for my 4 years of undergrad. After some convincing, I decided to go through Formal Recruitment. Becoming a “sorority girl” is something that I never thought I would ever do. I ran home in Fall of 2017 and my eyes were opened to a whole new world of possibilities. Since then I have been blessed with multiple leadership opportunities and a network of sisters that span across North America. Being a sorority girl is so much more than what people believe. It’s about finding a home away from home. A home filled with a diverse group of sisters who only want the best for you and will go above and beyond to see you succeed. Alpha Delta Pi’s open motto “We Live For Each Other” exemplifies what we are all about. Our unselfish service to mankind has been proven time and time again through our volunteer work with the Ronald McDonald House Charities and other organization’s philanthropies. I am so glad to have found my home in Alpha Delta Pi. I am eternally grateful for a sisterhood that has provided me with so much love, and I would not trade it for the world. It is an honor to serve as a leader among my sisters.
