Philanthropy

From the time of our founding, Alpha Delta Pi has believed in the importance of giving back to our community. A dedication to philanthropy guides our members to spend time in the service of those who need it most. Our international organization’s commitment to Ronald McDonald House Charities has led to the donation of over $15,000,000 over the course of our partnership. More than 350 Ronald McDonald Houses in 64 countries help keep families with seriously ill or injured children together when they need it most by offering them a comfortable, temporary residence in proximity to a medical facility.

Zeta Psi is very passionate about helping the kids and families in the Ronald McDonald House of Winston-Salem. Each year we conduct many events to support our efforts to fundraise for our philanthropy. Each semester we set up tables on our campus to make our community and students aware of our cause, raise money, and announce upcoming philanthropy events. Some of the events we host are percentage nights at local restaurants, collecting pop tabs, and one of our more known, Pi an ADPi, where people can donate money to pie sisters in the face.
We are so honored to hold Pop-Tab Wars on our campus. It consisted of a week full of different events between the other organizations on campus where they donate money, collect pop tabs, and entertain the audience. Our chapter is lucky enough to visit the RMH of Winston-Salem almost every month, where sisters prepare dinner and help with cleaning and small maintenance. Our sisters are dedicated to serving our college and community, and we remain eager to donate our time, talents, and funds to the RMH and other charities throughout the year.
